Parents.

At 6 PM the schedule will open so parents can select a job. Please remember these points:

• Volunteer Points Requirement:
  Each family must earn three (3) volunteer points per season, unless they opted out by paying the #100 fee. 
  • Most volunteer shifts (e.g., timer, place judge, scorekeeper, concessions, grill, cleanup) earn 1 point per shift.
  • Larger roles—such as running concessions for an entire meet or organizing and managing the team party—earn 3 points.
• At this time, please only select 3 volunteer shifts so everyone has an opportunity to support the swimmers.

• You can also declare if your child is swimming at the swim meet at this point. 

• We will be collecting the Volunteer Deposit at practice. There is an envelope that the coaches have available. 
• Each family must provide a $100 deposit check (made out to Brook Park Pool)
