Team Party tonight from 5:00-9:00 PM

Hello parents and Manorays!

Saturday night will be a busy night at the pool for the team party. Here is a tentative schedule for the night below.

We are asking that when the parents and swimmers enter the pool that several things happen.

1.Parents pick up the items for their family – a team picture and towel. If you are neighbors with a family who is going to be out of town tonight, please feel free to pick up their towel/picture.

2.Find a place to sit as a family and swim in the pool. We have about 200 people attending, please share space and chairs with everyone.

3.We have a few pool games in the pool at 5:30. I am collecting coins at the entrance for the money hunt.

4.Dinner will be ready around 6 PM. The menu is pizza, mini sliders, salad, fruit, and dessert (Manoray cookies and ice cream). Thank you to the Kreps family for the cookies.

5.After dinner around 6:45 PM, the coaches will talk about the season and give out awards. Dessert will be after the coaches awards (app. 7:45) and children will be sent up by age, youngest to oldest.

6. Sign up to help serve dinner or dessert.

7.Thank you for a great season, even with the rain. The swimmers had a lot of fun and success, it was all supported by the parents who have volunteered to make it work and who drive them to practice! I appreciate all that you do to make this team a success.
