Arrive: 5:45 PM to get events

Warm Up time: 6:00pm

Parking: Our lot is for your team to park in. We will have 2 parking lot attendants to direct traffic. 

Team set-up/seating: The pavilion side of the pool is your swimmers' designated area. Our swimmers will be on the basketball court. We offer your spectators the pavilion side, as well, as it is shaded. If more room is needed, spectators may of course sit on the other side of the pool. 

Concessions and 50/50 raffle: We will have concessions including burgers, hot dogs, walking tacos and other snacks. Cash only. 

Lane assignments: Your team will swim in lanes 4, 5, and 6 (closest to the pavilion)
