Hi Everyone!

Thank you all for a great meet this morning! We are so proud of everyone and their amazing swimming has granted us the privilege of staying in the Gold Division next year! I appreciate everyone showing up and doing their part this morning, thus allowing us to win!

Next week, we have the Franklin Ridge meet. This meet will be Thursday, July 6th and we will be seeing some friendly faces. Franklin Ridge is another NA-based team so many of your kids may have friends they will be swimming against next Thursday. I understand that it is two days after the Fourth of July and many of our families are on vacation. If you are not on vacation and are able to attend the meet, please RSVP soon! 

Following Franklin Ridge, we have our two championship meets. For Individuals, we take kids based off of age for the most part (i.e. as many 8 years olds, as many 10 year olds as possible). That being said, we do have some rather large age groups (hello 21 8u girls) so it will vary from age group to age group. If you would be able to put in your children's availability by July 6th (for Relays and Individuals), we will be able to send out the list of attendees that following Friday. Just because your child is available to swim does not mean that they will be swimming. This meet is by invitation only, as there is a limited number of entries (2 per event).

For Relay Championships, it is the same deal with declaring your child's availability (If not done by July 6th it will be assumed that they are not swimming). For relay champs, instead of selecting based off of age, we go off of the fastest times. This means that a lot less kids get to swim at Relay Champs, in turn we try to have kids who are not swimming at Relays swim at Individuals so that way more kids get to experience Championships.
