This meet has 48 events, possible 3 heats of every event. The events are all individual races, no relays. I expect it to run for 3 hours. Here is the information from the host team regarding the meet. If someone wants to work a job for 1/2 of the meet, then please email me.

Warm-up: 4:50-5:10pm for Brook Park and Chapel Gate

5:00 – Meeting for Volunteers

5:15 – Meeting for coaches

5:30 – Call for first event to seeding area

5:35 – National Anthem and Welcome

5:40 – Meet begins

Competitors:

♦ Each club may enter two (2) swimmers per event

♦ Each swimmer must have competed in a minimum of four regular season dual meets.

♦ Each swimmer is allowed to compete in a maximum of three (3) events.

Each club is responsible for getting their swimmers to the designated seeding area prior to each event

1. Each club must clean up their team’s staging area prior to leaving.
2. Each club must provide an adult(s) for their team’s area to oversee and control the team’s behavior.

♦ We will ask that the side decks, particularly the deck between pools be limited to coaches and volunteers only and free of spectators.

Parking:

While we have a parking lot it will fill up quickly. Please note that there is additional parking along Red Coach Rd and Brittany Place. However, please ensure that everyone parks on the down-hill portion of Red Coach or the right-hand side of Brittany Place and not on both sides of the street.

Concessions:

We will be offering full concession including Chick-fil-A, pizza, hot pretzels, nachos and various baked goods along with drinks etc. Kona Ice will also be coming.
