Hello Parents and Swimmers! 

With the pool being open during practice and the limited space available, we are asking that for this week of swim practice only, Monday, June7th - Thursday, June 10th, that all swimmers in the 10 and under age group come for either the first half of the practice or the second half of the practice, based on their last name. All swimmers with a last name beginning with A-L will attend from 5:30-6, and all swimmers with a last name beginning with M-Z will attend from 6:00-6:30. This will allow the coaches to provide more individualized attention, while also providing the swimmers with more time in the water. We understand that many of you carpool and may not be able to come at the designated time. Please do what is best for your family.

Our first meet is Tuesday, June 15 at Adams Ridge. You will be able to declare your swimmers for the meet starting Friday, June 11 and ending on Sunday, June 13. Please be sure to declare your swimmers if you plan on attending the meet so that our coaches can complete an accurate lineup. You can declare your swimmer through Swimptopia. If you do not declare your swimmer, they will not be included in the line-up. Look for an email to be sent out on Friday to let you know that you are able to declare your swimmer.

 As we mentioned in a previous email, we will be using the Swimtopia app to provide alerts about inclement weather and practice/meet cancellations. You can download the Swimtopia app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you are having trouble displaying the Brook Park Manorays team on the app, you may need to log out of the app and log in again, using the same username/password that you used when you registered for the team. Be sure to enable notifications from the app on your phone so you receive any alerts that we may send.
