Hello Brook Park Swim Team Parents! We are excited for the start of the 2021 swim team season.  With the season starting next week, we have some important information for you to know.

Practices

BP Swim Team practice starts on Tuesday, June 1 from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Swimmers who are 11 years old and older will practice from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, and swimmers who are 10 years old and under will practice from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. We will follow this schedule weekdays until Thursday, June 10.

Starting on Monday, June 14, we will practice weekdays from 10:00 AM– 12:00 PM. 11 and older will practice from 10:00 – 11:00 AM and 10 and under will practice from 11:00 AM – 12:00PM.

While we recommend attending as many practices and meets as possible, we understand that unpredictable weather and other family commitments may make it difficult at times. Please attend when possible.

Inclement Weather

We will keep an eye on the weather and notify everyone as soon as possible, through Swimtopia, if we need to cancel a practice or meet. If you haven’t already done so, you can download the Swimtopia app to your phone to receive alerts from the team.

Parent Meeting

We will be holding a parent meeting on June 2 at 5:15 at the pool pavilion. This is a great opportunity to meet the coaches and to find out more information about the practices, meets and COVID protocols. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to drop by during practice and it is likely that one of us will be there to answer your questions.

T-shirts/Hoodies

T-shirts and hoodie orders are due by June 1. Check out the Brook Park Swim Team website to place your order (https://brookparkmanorays.swimtopia.com/shop). By ordering in early June, we hope to have the t-shirts available by the first home meet.

Mark your calendar for our first meet. We will be at Adams Ridge on June 15. Hope to see everyone there!
